Carl is a finance executive with a background in business strategy design, funding, and execution.

Carl graduated from Lehigh University, majoring in accounting and finance, has a master’s degree in taxation from Widener University, and is a certified public accountant. He spent 30 years with DuPont de Nemours, Inc. in global leadership positions and lived and worked in Asia Pacific for more than 10 years where he focused on launching new technologies and new products into emerging markets. Until 2021, he was chief financial officer for Univar Solutions, Inc. where he led their highly successful IPO. He is currently an advisor to corporations and private equity investors. Carl and his family of educators and environmentalists reside in the United States and are strong advocates for climate change solution technologies.
